I was new to the Eugene, OR area.  I was in quick need of a new chiropractor.  They made it very easy and fast to be seen and have taken great care of my special medical needs. -Tanner H.

We are accepting new patients for chiropractic treatment. We look forward to meeting you in our Eugene office.

Step 1: Patient Forms

On your initial visit, the first person you will meet is one of our skilled receptionists.  They will welcome you into the office, make a copy of your insurance card (if you have one), and then invite you to fill out a new patient packet if not already completed with our online intake forms.  This paperwork takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Step 2: Consultation & Examination

Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Blair.  He will spend 5-10 minutes getting acquainted with you by reviewing your new patient packet and asking follow-up questions.
After your consultation, your Doctor will spend the next 15-30 minutes performing a complete chiropractic examination, including neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests.

Step 3: X-Ray Studies

Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions.

Step 4: Report of Findings

Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, our Doctor will give you a detailed description of your condition and your personalized treatment plan.  He will also gladly answer any questions that you have regarding your recovery.

Step 5: Treatment

At the conclusion of this initial appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage.  Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of chiropractic treatment at anytime. Read more about our treatment options on our chiropractic services page.

Step 6: Rehabilitation Program

Prior to leaving, your Doctor will suggest a rehabilitation program for you to practice outside of the office.  This may include ice or heat application, certain activities or positions to avoid, and home exercises.  If you desire,  our wellness team will also work with you to create healthy habits and routines for your lifestyle.  At Blair Chiropractic, we understand that good spinal alignment is only one part of a person's health, and we strive to help our patients make healthy decisions in all aspects of their life.
